Fall-Inspired Apple & Sweet Potato Hash

Is it really fall if you're not enjoying the combined robust flavors of apple, sweet potato and spices?

Just thinking about it has me reminiscing about pumpkin patches, leaves crunching under my feet, and a warm mug of spiced cider in my chilled hands.

Not only is this recipe chalk full of hormone supporting nutrients, it is delicious AND satisfying!

I hope you enjoy it as much as I do.

What you need:

  • 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

  • 1 Sweet Potato (medium, peeled and cut into small cubes)

  • 1 Apple (medium, peeled and cut into small cubes)

  • Sea Salt & Black Pepper (to taste)

  • Dash of onion and garlic powder

  • You can also add any of your preferred breakfast sausage for a heartier meal option. I usually add 1 lb of sausage with that variation.
